Frequently Asked Questions
Safety comes first. If conditions on the day are unsafe for riding, we'll offer you an alternative date at no extra cost, or a full refund if no suitable date works for you.
The sidecar seats up to 2, and since it's a fully enclosed seat with a harness (not a pillion perch), riders as young as 6 can come along with an adult. You'll need to be able to sit upright unaided for the length of the tour, and we can't take pregnant passengers on routes that cover rough mountain roads.
No, you're a passenger in the sidecar, not riding the bike yourself. No experience or licence needed.
Yes. The Costa Adeje Quick Taster is a 30 minute sidecar spin along the seafront with no long commitment, which is good if you're short on time or want to try it before booking a longer route.
Yes. Build Your Own Route is a full day option where you tell us the places you want to see and Ross puts together a custom day around them.
Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. We provide a helmet, jacket and goggles, but bring a layer for the higher altitude on the Teide tours, because it's noticeably cooler up there.
Pickup from your hotel is available as a paid extra, selected when you book. Otherwise all tours start and finish at our Costa Adeje meeting point.
Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed if you cancel. If we need to cancel or reschedule, for example because of the weather, we'll offer an alternative date or a full refund. See our full Terms & Conditions for details.
