A session cookie keeps your booking form secure while you fill it in. This is required for the site to function and can't be disabled.

Optional: page translation

The language switcher in the header uses Google's website translation service. It only sets a cookie and contacts Google if you choose a language from the switcher, so if you don't use it, nothing is set. See Google's own privacy policy for how they handle translation requests.
