A relaxed, culture-heavy day with plenty of stops, finishing with lunch in Icod's old town.

The Route

1. Morning meet at Costa Adeje for a safety briefing and gear fitting
2. Ride north to La Laguna, the island's historic old university city
3. Walk the old town's cobbled streets and colonial-era buildings
4. Ride across to Icod de los Vinos
5. Visit the Drago Milenario, the ancient dragon tree
6. Lunch in Icod's old town (included)
7. Afternoon ride back to Costa Adeje
